There are a large variety of 1, 2 and three bedroom villas spread around the Kiawah Island Resort. Most of our rentals are in the East Beach area but we also have some available in the West Beach area.
Villas come in three categories, standard, deluxe and premier and there are scenic view, partial ocean view and ocean view options so rates vary a lot depending on your needs. Given the exclusive nature of the resort we think the villa rates are very reasonable so a golf break at Kiawah does not have to break the bank!
All the villas are privately owned so equipment and furnishing varies but the owner has to maintain them to a good standard otherwise the Resort will remove them from the rental program. In our opinion even the standard units are very nice. As you would expect all villas are fully equipped and will have everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday.
We can request specific units but cannot always guarantee this as units may be removed from the program temporarily if the owner wishes to use it. For groups needing more than one unit we usually recommend the deluxe villas as it is not always easy to get standard villas close together.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be added on request.
There is a minimum booking requirement of two nights accommodation & 2 rounds of Kiawah golf. We find most of our guests stay 3 nights and play 2 rounds as part of a longer trip involving one or more of our other Carolina destinations.
See our Kaiwah Resort intro page for details of shops, restaurants and amenities on the resort.
There are five golf courses attached to the resort with several other courses nearby. See the Kiawah golf page for more information on local courses.
