A huge range of accommodation types depending on numbers and tastes. Our package rates are based on 2 sharing a 1 bedroom resort suite, 4 sharing a 2 bedroom golf or scenic villa or 4 sharing a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. We would be happy to provide alternative costings for other accommodation types.
Resort suite, the standard lakeside accommodation, is a 1 bedroom suite, lounge with small kitchenette, coffee maker, microwave, single bathroom and two queen size beds. There are various fully fitted 2, 3 and 4 golf villas situated on both Litchfield CC and River Club and scenic lakeside villas at close by Litchfield by the Sea. Bridgewater condos are 1 and 2 bedroom fully fitted ocean front suites with balcony overlooking the beach and the pool complex below. Extensive hot buffet breakfast included. |

Nearby Pawleys Island was the first seaside resort in America and houses in the Historic District date from the glory days of rice production. Save your pennies as a small plot will cost you $2 million and another $5 million + to build the house! |

We offer a 4 course special from the Myrtle Beach National Company which combines the three following excellent courses situated at the Litchfield resort, with the showcase of the Myrtle Beach National company the spectacular Arnold Palmer designed Kings North. Additional courses from the group are available as part of the package and you get the option of a 5th round FREE which has to be played pm.
Litchfield Country Club - A traditional tree-lined course and one of the oldest and respected courses in Myrtle Beach. A quiet country club feel adds a touch of sophistication, this coupled with the teeming birdlife on course provides a pleasant golfing experience. River Club - Plenty of water combined with prominent greenside bunkering and undulating bent grass greens. The dramatic 18th hole is one of the best finishing holes that you will find offering a gamble of 2 carries across water to turn this par five into a very difficult par four! Willbrook Plantation - Visually stunning, teeming with wildlife, regardless of how you are playing you cannot fail to enjoy the experience. Although water, sand, live oak trees and marshes provide plenty of hazards the wide fairways make it a very playable course off the forward tees and a tough test off the back tees however! There are also tennis courts, bike trails and fishing facilities. |
