Shopping 'til you drop!
Shop 'til you drop, that's the message, hackneyed but true. Even the most discerning shopper could not possibly say that Myrtle Beach is short of shops. Whatever you want to buy you will find it in here...
It is obviously impossible to list all the shops on this site so we have confined our comments to Shopping Centres and Malls where you will find a good cross-section of specialist and general shops. All easy to get to and with huge parking areas and eating places.

Then there are the "shopping experiences," almost little villages, like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.

Obviously there are many golf retail outlets, the 2 main ones being Martins PGA tour Superstore and Golf Dimensions covering 75,000 sq ft. Probably the best locations for golf shoes. However in your travels around golf clubs it is always worth checking the Pro's Shop. It is also quite nice to have a logo shirt to remind you of the course.
We find apparel is full price only when the new seasons stock is in and at the same time bargains are to be had on old stock.

However, forget golf, just for a moment.

Barefoot Landing
In addition to the 17 restaurants and 14 attractions including, Alligator Adventure, The Alabama Theatre, The Barefoot Princess Riverboat II and The House Of Blues you will find over 100 shops at Barefoot Landing.

Gifts, books, jewelry and clothing outlets make up the majority so it is the perfect place for those gifts and holiday bargains.

Coastal Grand Mall
Situated close to the airport by the junction of highways 17 and 501.
The largest mall in South Carolina, 1.5 million square feet need we say more?

Tanger Outlet Stores
Offers famous brand names in outlet shopping, from fashions to gifts to home accessories.

Two outlets – Highway 501 heading west towards Conway and the junction of highways 17 and 22 between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

Colonial Mall (formerly Briarcliffe)
Situated near North Myrtle Beach home to JCPenney, Belk, Books-A-Million, 12 restaurants, and the only Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in South Carolina.

Inlet Square Mall
In Murrells Inlet south of Myrtle Beach with 4 department stores cinema and food court.

Other Shopping Centres
include...Magnolia Plaza, Hidden Village, Surfwood Shopping Centre, Hudson's Flea Market, and The Galleria.

Broadway at the Beach
Over 100 speciality shops can be found in this fantastic complex with gift shops making up the majority. My personal favourite is the Wolf Creek Gallery a treasure trove of Native American art while the Discovery store is a must for gadget lovers and for the kids - Build a Bear Workshop.

Apart from the shops Broadway boasts 20 restaurants, 15 attractions, including Ripley's Aquarium and The Palace Theatre and 10 evening haunts including Margaritaville and Hard Rock Cafe.
