Henry Middleton who was President of the 1st Continental Congress was followed by Arthur, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, then Henry, Governor of South Carolina and an American Minister to Russia and finally William a signer of the Ordinance of Secession.
Our favourite plantation, lots to see and do so allow plenty of time. You must take the carriage ride and have lunch in the main restaurant close to the house.
